All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory, with no major issues to mention.

Hotel was big and low-budget. Room had an electric kettle and a fridge. It's worth staying here and exploring Silom district.

The Mix offers a competitive rate and it's conveniently located close to public transport with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed with strong air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and stress-free environment.

Thin walls make it easy to hear and be heard. Sound-proofing needs improvement as the walls were thin, and I could hear disturbances from other rooms and the hallway.

During our Xmas stay, we appreciated the two excellent facilities offered by the hotel. the key location was just perfect for exploring the city and its unique food stalls. the hotel staff were friendly and caring.

Despite the great facilities and location, we were disappointed by the noise level that made it hard to have a peaceful night rest. the construction works nearby made it challenging to navigate from one place to another.

It's really near to everything, including transportation, convenient stores, and food stalls that offer breakfast in the morning. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the staff is very accommodating and friendly, speaking English is a plus. the staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were helpful in providing travel assistance and even helped me when I wasn't feeling well. the room was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. I was impressed by the staff's fluency in English and their compassionate attitude. Special mention to Mr Jhake and the rest of the staff. a fantastic stay!

The hotel lacked an elevator, which made it difficult to haul heavy luggage up and down the stairs.
